GemGenève 2018 – a dynamically different gem and jewellery show in Geneva. The design of which needed to create a flavour of familiarity, using intimate spacing evenly positioned along ‘streets’ to promote dialogue and commerce. Monolithic structure held form throughout the exhibition hall and balanced the need for exhibitors to reveal their fine pieces, maximising viewing potential. The Designers’ Showcase, the centrepiece of the show, was a deconstruction of its surroundings – a stunning space.
